✨ March at LEADERland: A Month of Culture, Growth & Meaningful Experiences! 🌟

March was filled with exciting opportunities for our LEADERs to learn, grow, and create meaningful memories together.

🌙 From Satay to Tarik Upih – Raya Celebration
On 31 March 2026, our LEADERs enjoyed a joyful Raya Celebration filled with cultural experiences. They tasted traditional Malay delicacies, joined sharing sessions, sang and danced together, and even had the chance to grill BBQ satay! Traditional games like Tarik Upih and Lompat Guni brought even more excitement, fostering teamwork, togetherness, and appreciation for Malaysian culture.

💛 Spreading Kindness and Joy
LEADERland Setia Triangle also organised a meaningful Raya Charity visit to The Salvation Army Children’s Home. With the support of parents, our young LEADERs experienced the joy of giving and sharing. Through this special visit, they learned the values of generosity, gratitude, kindness, and compassion while bringing smiles to the children there.

💦 Dive into Fun: Splash Day with Families
On 14 March 2026, our EE1 leaders and families participated in an exciting Splash Day Family Outing, with 29 families joining the fun. Through activities like “Rescue Turtle,” “Pass the Water,” “Donut Float,” and “Float Bumper,” leaders built teamwork and coordination skills in a safe and enjoyable environment. One of the highlights was the diving challenge, where parents bravely participated and inspired their children with their courage and enthusiasm.

📚 Leadership in Action: Learning & Growth at GLS 2026
Our LEADERland coaches also continued to grow by attending the Global Leadership Summit 2026. Over two inspiring days, we gained valuable insights into leadership, resilience, diversity, digital communication, and intentional action. This learning journey strengthened our commitment to leading with greater purpose and building meaningful relationships.

🎨 Mini Pizza Colouring & Collage Competition
Creativity was in full bloom as our LEADERs joined the Mini Pizza Colouring & Collage Competition! Using colourful materials, they designed their own mini pizzas while developing fine motor skills through cutting, pasting, and colouring. Each creation reflected their imagination, confidence, and unique personality.

🤸 Building Bigger Platforms for Leaders
We are excited to announce that LEADERland has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DreamLeap, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to bring professional gymnastics programmes to more children in Penang.

Through this partnership, our leaders will have the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen physical fitness, improve focus, develop perseverance, and grow beyond their limits. At LEADERland, we believe leadership is shaped not only in classrooms but through every challenge, every effort, and every courageous step forward. Together with DreamLeap, we are creating broader opportunities for children to grow academically, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
